Bircher Muesli

Bircher Muesli
This breakfast looks like hard work but is pretty easily assembled. Soaking the grains/seeds overnight supports your digestion, this is high in fibre, plant proteins and minerals and is tasty J
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup organic quinoa flakes or rolled oats
-2 tsp pumpkin seeds
-1tsp sesame seeds
-2tsp sunflower seeds
-1tsp linseeds
-8 raw almonds
-1/2 cup puffed buckwheat
-1 small granny smith apple, grated
-1 tbsp organic, biodynamic plain yoghurt (e.g. Jalna or Barambah organics)
- cinnamon powder

Method:
1. In a bowl, add the first six ingredients of the list and just enough water to cover. Place cling wrap over and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
2.  In the morning, add the grated apple, cinnamon, yoghurt, no added sugar is required as the apple should be sweet enough J you can add 2 tsp of flaxseed oil as an omega 3 boost
